Broken Bone

I had an interesting Monday June 18th, I tripped and fell getting into the elevator at work and fractured my rib and hit my head. Good news I will recover, but this just reinforced that I work with wonderful people. From everyone who helped me that day to everyone who was concerned about me. Thank you to you all.

Hi Jo Ann,
I am truly sorry to hear about your recent fall. Even during this time, your words refect an upbeat and positive attitude. I hope that you are well and taking care of you. In the 80's I had taken several yoga courses along with meditation. I regret discontinuing these classes, as I may have benefitted by its philosophy and practice during life's ups and downs. Complementary therapies are an exciting topic and will look forward to more public interest on the subject. As a nurse, we are always trying to make a positive influence in someone's life, but often neglect our own inner spirit. I feel fortunate to be placed in a class with very talented and compassionate coursemates. Have you met/heard of Karen Galipeau RN. She is a nurse who maintains a Wellness Center in Hampstead, NH. You can contact her a kaygal2001@hotmail.com
Namaste, Mary Anne
