Nice information, good explanations. Your final presentation was very good, your relaxation excercise was very good and it worked!!!
Excellent article on children and self-hypnosis for headache control. The results were very reassuring that our future will be medication free ar at least not use medicine as the first line of defence.
good info - my Dad did alternative cancer treatments instead of Chemo - he ended up with the same extra year of life but I think it was easier on him then traditional treatments would have been. Even did breathing and meditation techniques with him....
happy 4th....

I enjoyed the article on Integrated Therapies and Woman's Health. Thanks and have a great vacation
My mother has Epilepsy and I am always looking for dietary tips and exercises that would make her life better. Because she takes so many pills on a daily basis and is often on trial drugs I will be reading your blog on complementary and alternative therapies for a long time to come. It is also refreshing and encouraging knowing that those in the medical field think it is important too.
Given my mother has Epilepsy could you suggest any specific complementary therapies. Primarily her memory is affected; her energy (at times) can be limited, as well increased frequency of seizers. I understand you may not be able to promote certain things but I am just looking for supplemental treatments to ask her doctor about. Any advice would be great. You can contact me at sykeswisdom@comcast.net if you have any suggestions. Mean while I will continue to read your blog. Thanks
